A cinematic story driven fantasy game where you have to click on the actions that pop up on the screen
A Fork In the Tale features the voice of the very famous 1990s American actor Rob Schneider and the game provides a large number of video sequences really interesting and extremely pleasant, it offers comic interludes so hilarious that you will surely play them over just to hear them again.
The video is smooth and the action is fast paced. There's never a dull moment in this adventure. You will rapidly understand that you have to be careful if you do not want to die, be distracted just for a few second and you are dead. There three levels of difficulty.
You will play a nice and servable character, and as you bravely save a young woman's life you are mysteriously transported to an alternate dimension, on a small island called Eseveron.
You do not know why and how you arrive there but you rapidly discover that this island is an inhospitable place and that all its inhabitants have the same goal, that is to kill you!
Your mission will consist of discovering how to go back in your world (and for this you will have to solve puzzles) by collecting items and exploring the several environments available in the game, but you also will have to defeat the major villain of the game.
In order not to be killed you will have to run away and escape from your pursuers. While fleeing you will have constantly to make decisions on the fly, most of which you have to do with what you say or do.
Besides most of the game puzzles are in the form of completing a number of tasks to advance in the game. These tasks are often completed by clicking on the right icons before they disappear.
