Put this file into the 'sstates' folder of epsxe.
The run f3 to start loading the game.

Some people has a freeze in Final Fantasy IX when the airship is began to flow.
This save game comtinu right after the freeze so you can play the game further.

When the problem is not solved, download epsxe 1.5.2, the freeze wil be gone (in my case)
