A Congressional delegation must make it from Washington to Philadelphia by 1:30PM to ensure they reach the dedication on time.

You only have a few stops to make on route, but local commuter traffic is heavy, especially when you approach Tokyo. If you are on time when you reach Sagami, you'll only be 15 minutes or so behind a local all-stations stopper - so be prepared to catch it up. By Keith Hazelton
