FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO REBUILD INSTALL.WIM IMAGE, SO THAT THEY CAN WORK AROUND WITH THE RELEASE, THEY MUST DO FOLLOWING :

1/ Have Windows AIK installed (Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK) for Vista Sp1 & Windows Server 2008)

-> for more information just google "Windows AIK"

2/ Copy install.swm (DVD1) and install2.swm (DVD2) to a folder on C: drive. The name of the folder can be vistatemp for example

3/ Once the WAIK is installed, the WinPE folder structure is available in C:Program FilesWindows AIKTools.
The main folders needed are the architecture folders (x86, ia64 and amd64), and the PETools and Servicing folders.
Run as Administrator PE Command Prompt -> C:Program FilesWindows AIKToolsPEToolspesetenv.cmd

4/ Enter the following line : imagex /export c:\vistatemp\install.swm 1 c:\vistatemp\install.wim /ref c:\vistatemp\install*.swm

or download the full command line :

-> http://www.mediafire.com/file/zmrkytxnnid/rebuild wim image command.txt

5/ Just wait till it's finished and you will have your full install.wim file (about 4,67 GB)

6/ Move the file to DVD1 SOURCES folder and remove install.swm and now you have the full release.
