Note: These are not placed in any particular order as that would take me several days to listen to each album over and over to determine proper placement.
I do have a top five though:
In no particular order
NIN - Ghosts I-IV (Ive heard people tell me it was glorified elevator music. I want to find these elevators. Ghost 4.32 - enough said. )
The Black Keys - Attack and Release (Try and tell me Strange Things isn't a top ten single for the year. Try and tell me Attack and Release isnt the best 'rock/blues/everything record since Built To Spills You In Revese. I just wont listen to you.)
The Mars Volta - The Bedlam in Goliath (Missed the spanish vocals, but loved seeing Goliath finally get a 'proper' studio recording. See the Volta live, no studio album will ever be able to prepare you for the onslaught that is a live Volta show)
Wintersleep - Welcome to the Night Sky (A little band from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada who ive followed through their entire career (even saw their first live show) comes out with an album that flew so far under the radar until the rest of the country got their grubby hands on it and BOOM! Even though i hated Weighty Ghost, the rest of the album holds as strong as anything i've seen on a top ten so far)
Astronautalis - Pomegranate (Andy Bothwell's gonna be huge, album doesn't have the flow of You and Yer Good Ideas but all in all his best effort yet - great production)

Dr. Dog - Fate (Sure its a little Beatles, but its brilliant nonetheless)
Girl Talk - Feed The Animals (Free? Too bad this album would have cost a fortune to release in stores because it would have done monstrous sales)
Gnarls Barkley - The Odd Couple (Amazingly brave follow-up to St.Elsewhere)
Gojira - The Way Of All Flesh (Hail Gojira)
Justice - A Cross The Universe (aside from FabricLive37:Caspa and Rusko and Daft Punks - Alive 2007 i've never heard a live set like this. Try and tell me the 'We Are Your Friends (reprise)' doesnt make you want to dance and punch people in the face at the same time - Justice needs to do a Metallica remix set)
Lil Wayne - Tha Carter III (didnt like it? try and tell me you dont like the beat on A Milli or the lyrics on Dr. Carter. An unprecedented imagination unfiltered through an aliens food hole)
N.E.R.D. - Seeing Sounds (Something else probably deserves to take Seeing Sounds place, but when the sun was out, Sounds were in my ears)
Nas - Untitled (Should have stuck with his original title, fuck Wal-Mart and its power over the world. Queensbridge was proud though.)
One Day As A Lion - One Day As A Lion(EP) (Zack, im still waiting for your solo record but these five tracks will hold me over a little while longer - John, your drumming is amazing, Volta fans still love you...you greedy slut)
Paper Route Records - Fear and Loathing in Las Huntsville(Mixtape) (bama gettin money OH! and to hear Cockney Violin as a beat on Shots - sick. Looking forward to a PRG studio release. Get on Mad Decent Radio Podcast and snatch up the chopped and screwed version of the record)
Portishead - Third (One listen to We Carry On and i was sold on this one)
Santogold - Top Ranking(Mixtape) (Santogold's self-titled will be hailed on lists, but its nice to take a break from hearing MIA Jr. and start it off with a little Three6 don't you think? Santogold - Creator (Mumdance Mix) <- shenanigans)
Sun Kill Moon - April (While everyone was telling me about Bon Iver (Still an AMAZING debut record) I was trying to tell them about SKM...not many listened, too bad for them)
The Sword - Gods Of The Earth (When i wasnt listening to bottles breaking on the heads of people who were telling me how much they like playing The Sword on Guitar Hero, I was drinking those bottles to some Sword. Note: Had Clutch put out a new record and not just a live CD im sure this would have been bumped off)
TV on the Radio - Dear Science (Have they put out a bad track yet? If so i haven't heard it)
