Robben Ford is one of the greatest and most innovative blues performers in last decades, who often and willingly dived into other kinds of music with countless other artists. This is a collection of his music, you can find it in the first folder, named »Robben Ford«, and music recorded with other musicians (from my collection), in the second folder, named "Robben Ford with other musicians«
First one is including 21 Robben Ford albums. The album Hotshots was recorded by the Ford Blues band, a band formed by Robben's brother Patrick, so I included it in this folder. There are 4 Robben Ford albums that are a puzzle to me. Two are included in this torrent: Live in San Francisco '95 and Waiting On A Miracle. I couldn't find any info on release date, performes or whatever anywhere, so I would appreciate any help.
There are two albums whcih I couldn't find anywhere, niether the info on any tracks or performers: Robben Ford and Words and Music. Both should be from '88. I am wondering if they were released at all. I spotted the titles at cduniverse.com, but they were not available...
Second folder is including the albums of other arists in my collection, on whcih Robben Ford is playing, just for the taste of other kinds of music where Robben Ford dived.
Note on the folder Miles Davis and Robben Ford: there are two subfolders inside, including all tracks from Miles Davis recordings:

I do not know which recording belongs to the 3 different albums (although a careful listener could recognise the recordings from the same preformance by the sound of the songs and the audience. I think they are just mixed up from all three recordings).
There is a list of tracks for all the 3 albums included in the folder, so everyone can combine them.
I named the artist and the album Miles Davis Feat. Robben Ford, but one could easily rename them.
Note on the Yellowjackets: In 1977, Robben Ford assembled a group of veteran session musicians to record his album The Inside Story. The trio of musicians, keyboardist Russell Ferrante, bassist Jimmy Haslip and drummer Ricky Lawson, soon discovered a certain "chemistry" and musical affinity that led to their formation of Yellowjackets. The Inside Story being mainly instrumental, Robben Ford's record label wanted him to record another album that was more pop and vocal oriented. The group, known as the Robben Ford Group, preferred to pursue the instrumental route, and a "band within a band" was formed. This same group with Robben Ford on guitar recorded digital demos that were eventually accepted by Warner Brothers, and Yellowjackets was born. While Robben's contributions would diminish over the years to being a guest artist, the group known as Yellowjackets would flourish.
