The production values on this one are quite bad - plain basement setting, very "tinny" sound, like it was filmed by an amateur.
But... the workout itself is fantastic!

Unfortunately, although the dvd is available at both Amazon.com and .ca, there are no customer reviews there. This is the only review I could find online, from videofitness, and that isn't exactly glowing. However, wifey absolutely *loved* this workout and she prefers the intermediate-advanced type of workout routines. This one will definitely make you sweat.
