You will need to download ophcrack from here:
http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/

You can use these table with ophcrack to safely recover Windows passwords.
These can be used with the Linux LiveCD as well as the installed versions for Windows\Linux\MacOSX.
Basically, wherever ophcrack can be installed, you can use these tables.
After extraction, open ophcrack. Next, near the top of the program, click the "Tables" button.
Afterward, the "Install" button. Then, simply navigate to the folder containing the table(s) you would like to use.

Each folder has a ReadMe explaining the corresponding Character Set.

LM hash tables (For XP LM hashes only):
XP_free_small (formerly known as SSTIC04-10k)
Charset: 0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

XP_free_fast (formerly known as SSTIC04-5k)
Charset: 0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

XP_special (formerly known as WS-20k)
Charset: 0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Notes:
I did not include the program since it is constantly updating, no reason to use an outdated version.
Sorry for the RAR format, it is saving 2gb in the torrent size however! You can just download the tables you need.
The tables XP_free_small and XP_free_fast are the same table. XP_fast is simply larger and thus less compressed,
making it faster.
