This is the elusive P90X "Intro" DVD.
Every search I did for the the complete program with the exception of two,
failed to include it.
With that in mind I'm starting with the intro.
There is important info on here and directions to free web assistance with the P90X program.
This is the first of 13 video files I am planning to upload from the P90X program.
Which would account for the whole program.
There will be a 14th file with all the documentation.
I've broken them down so they will down load faster.
This one will be in .AVI format and the remaining 12 in .MPEG
The reason for the differences is purely for my convenience and portability.
I recommend XtoDVD or Nero 6 or Higher for burning to disc.
