This is a DVD of Orson Welles rare 1965 masterpiece \"Falstaff: The Chimes at Midnight\". This is not a PAL DVD rip. This is an NTSC version taken from a VHS which was itself copied by someone from a Japanese laserdisc release. You will notice the break in the middle of the film \"End of Side 1\".

This version is presented in the original widescreen aspect ratio. It also has vertical Japanese subtitles in the right hand corner of the screen.

There are no extras. Just the film with chapters, a menu with a rolling loop of the battle scenes and a short synopsis submenu.
