Jamie explodes the myth that models don't eat fatty foods when he invites his lovely model friends to dinner to indulge in a great tasting high-carb meal.

4 Great Packed Lunches
Steven and David are bike couriers who are used to living on lunches of bread rolls and sandwiches. Jamie shows the guys some new dishes to take on the road that don't involve bread.

Jamie cooks up a meal to say thankyou to his good friends and the builders who have been renovating his flat.

After a rugby game the boys need some wholesome high-energy food. Jamie cooks up a post match meal for some of the BIG boys from his favourite team - The London Wasps.

9 Abba Mania
A group of friends tour the UK in their van watching ABBA tribute shows every weekend. Jamie treats them with a similarly glamorous meal for their award as ABBA's biggest fans.

Louise, Naomi, and Emily are three beautiful girls who can't hold down a boyfriend. Jamie cooks them meals they can do at home and gives them advice on how to catch the perfect boy.

Jamie has decided to totally redecorate his kitchen and has enlisted some tough boys to do the hard work. He rewards them and christens his new kitchen with a perfect paella.

Jamie was the drummer in Scarlet Division for years. Finally he's found an evening to get everyone together for a jamming session - as well as a good feed.

Jamie's Gran - known to all as "Tiger" - and a group of her friends are coming up to London for a day. Jamie treats them to afternoon tea at his place after a day of sightseeing.
