An excellent performance from Max Romeo accompanied by his own band who were really tight throughout, and with a very
wicked lady on bass. The hour suffered from the odd technical hitch, a rumble here and a squawk there, but it doesn't
detract from a fine show. A true rasta with a real message in his music - his rendition of Redemption Song was very
powerful, and he was overcome with emotion at the end of it. One of the nicest guys in reggae music - we love you too Max.
I'm afraid I gave my positioning for the recording little or no thought - I was at the festival to have a good time,
and spent most of the time dancing right at the front. As a result, the sound quality might have been a bit better,
but I think it still turned out pretty well all things considered.

Hope you like it, share freely, and don't forget to go and see some live reggae!! Oh, and please don't encode to mp3
unless it's for your personal use only.
