Following threatened legal action, episodes 7 to 9 were withdrawn from broadcast and sale. They are included here, however they are poorly encoded (particularly episodes 7 & 8). Episode 9 directly implicates Lyndon B. Johnson and was the cause of a lot of controversy. Episodes 7 to 9 are:
