Bonjour mon amis, this is the French version of The Pianist (Le Pianiste) with dual "French only" subtitle tracks embedded directly from disc.

This is a full 720 X 480 picture size offering of the pianist with enhanced 160K audio.

We have a separate version for those that have German/English needs or French/German needs. They include subtitles as well in English French German and Italian. They offer superior quality in the video bit rate however they are otherwise the same quality. The difference in the video bit rate is certainly not noticeable on almost any normal television however it could be a factor on larger screen TV's that have come down so much in price. So we didn't compromise since no one asked us to on those versions.

The pianist is a sad movie with lessons for all concerned. some of the images are hard to take indeed, certainly as war brings out the worst instincts as does extreme poverty that is often a sad condition of existence additionally.
