This is the retail copy of Wrath of the Lich King. The second expansion for World of Warcraft. You will need The Burning Crusade installed on your system. This does not contain a CD-key. You must buy the retail copy to obtain an official cd-key. However this was made to reduce install time for those who want to upgrade their account and go.

You are capable of installing this right off the bat and playing the game w/o the cd-key. However you will not be able to enter Northrend w/o upgrading your account.
