Mercyful Fate - Curse of the Pharaohs (1986?)
Not a lot of information on this album. I picked it up somewhere between 1985 and 1987. Supposedly a fan-club released album of early demos and unreleased songs. Some websites list the tunes as being recorded live, however, this is definitely not the case. Some of the songs were played at early shows by the band as I have them on numerous bootlegs shows. Quality is good, not amazing, but good enough for what it is. The last track has a fade in and out sound to it. Too bad because it is a good tune which I have not seen on anything else. Not terrible, but annoying. I got this at the same time as the unofficial live lp "Live from the Depths of Hell".
Again. This is an unofficial release and quality of the music does vary.

My Twenty-third vinyl rip!!!
The vinyl transfer was done using a Gemini PT-1000 turntable through a Parasound P/PH-100 Phono Pre-amp into my computer.
I have not had much luck removing the clicks and pops. There is some noticeable pops on the last track of side B. Too bad, because it is a good tune. Still very listenable, but unfortunate.
