We are pleased to bring you an enhanced widescreen edition of The Red Violin complete with the full 720 X 480 video and real nicest possible bitrate audio in English with various sections of German, french or Italian dialogue among others. We have embedded DivX subtitles in both English and French so you will need to view using the free player at DivX.com (we have no external subs, or other language subs for this movie sorry!) or use your DivX compatible DVD player as this movie file is actually most intended for in addition in fact. We plan on releasing a "french only" version of "Le violin rouge in a few days time". thanks for being patient to the great folks in France, Quebec and elsewhere who have been the best seeders for us across the board in fact, and this would be a small thank you to them all as they are my dear family just as much as those in Italy where Greta was in fact born to an art dealer father in fact!


The Red Violin is a brilliant offering of Quebec Director Monsieur Francois Girard.
The analogy he offers us, if you are in fact an astute reader of his message is that of a Violin as compared to the most beautiful of women (Greta Scacchi in this case - you will rememeber her from her finest days of her career in her performance in "White Mischief", simply the best role ever performed by a British actress in full form and beauty!) in this regard:

Is a beautiful violin equally appreciable by all people equally? How about a beautiful woman? Is there a difference that makes for stark comparisons in a way as to offer edification and insight. a formula for improvement perhaps. That is the ultimate message of this movie and for which reason i think it should be kept from no one now that its been out there for many years and has recovered its costs plus profits in adequate measure as to serve a human need now in the p2p (bittorent) arena.

Greta is not her very finest self in this movie as she hasn't has many opportunities to perform since "White Mischief". that said, if you do see "White mischief" I think you will agree that in that movie she has made herself an immortal figure that will live in our memories forever as that of having appreciated what is the most beautiful creature that can come to be in such natural beauty adorned with British charm in the manner of her great articulation prowess in such measure as to be an example to all indeed! Greta has never been equalled since or before for that matter! i love you dearly Greta!
