just extract this file in the playground mugen folder and it will fix any common errors that may prevent mugen from booting for what ever reason ;)


just extract the file in the mugen folder and replace all if it asks you 2 ;) its cool hit yes to all :P then boot up and enjoy and again my appologies for the one torrent not uploading the dll\\\'s :(
