The booklet provides the poems only in the sung Swedish language and a German translation.
As stated in the booklet, there were legal reasons not to print the original Spanish poems and (at least) an English translation.

Well, I found the original poems by Pablo Neruda in Spanish on the net (Thanks to the Universidad de Chile :) ).
I compiled a PDF of the 5th part "La arena traicionada" (The betrayed sand) and add it to this upload.

Not so well, and I'm really sorry, I havn't found yet at least an english translation of the sung poems.
If you can provide English or any other language translations of the poems, please post them. TIA!
