Summary: I was glad that I ignored all the negative comments on this product and decided to take a chance. I've had it for a few weeks now and I have not encountered one bug and every application works smoothly.
I had several videos in .avi format that transcoded and burned perfectly to DVD. My only other minor complaint is that the transcoding process can take a long time. I transcoded some .avi files and the whole burn process took around two hours. This is pretty common with most burning software so I don't really fault Nero for this.
