The German translations of the Forward and Performance Notes were omitted (sorry, Germans). Some pages in the original book were slightly rotated; this was corrected in Photoshop and did not appear to affect quality at all (due to high resolution).
On close inspection you may see that some pages look subtly \"warped\" or have slanted barlines. They were actually printed this way in the book; every effort was made to make the scans as \"flat\" and accurate as possible. However, this is barely noticeable and should not distract you. I only noticed it once I had the pages under magnification in Photoshop.
A few pages are a tight fit and have very small top/bottom margins. Left/right margins are approximately half an inch. When printed with a high-quality printer, this file is almost indistinguishable from the original text. In some cases it is actually better (an occasional notehead, fingering number or accidental, etc. in the original book was distorted or patchy; this was fixed).
