Acronis® Disk Editor 6.0 allows you to back up and restore critical hard drive sectors, edit contents of hard disk sectors, representing them in the most convenient way. It has a simple and effective user interface. The program saves sectors' contents to files and reads them from files.

Supported operating systems:

Windows 95 / 98 / Me / NT (including Server) / 2000 (including Server and Advanced Server) / XP / 2003 Server.

After installation Acronis® Disk Editor 6.0 allows you to create a bootable floppy diskette, or a CD-R / CD-RW to work on any personal computer with or without an operating system.

System requirements

A PC-compatible computer with a Pentium or a similar CPU, 64 MB RAM, a videocard and a SVGA 800x600 (or higher) monitor, a mouse (recommended).

PLEASE NOTE: Using the Acronis® Disk Editor 6.0 requires advanced knowledge of partition and file system structure.
