Caution! Scarce stuff!
This TV movie is some kind of a milestone in the french 60's spectrum. Mixing a bit of Nouvelle Vague with psychedelism, this musical has been composed by Serge Gainsbourg, who's also singing and acting. The scenario is quite simple, a advertisement photograph, Jean-Claude Brialy, is falling in love with a gorgeous girl, Anna Karina, who got accidentally in the viewfinder.
On the 13th of January 1967, at 09:40 PM, french TV audience can watch this peculiar broadcast (in B&W!) and it's some kind of revelation in the paternalist, old-fashionned landscape of the national television. Weird framing and photography, the rushes were edited by Françoise Collin (the woman who worked on Jean-Luc Godard's movies at that time) and the musical arrangements were done by the great Michel Colombier under the influence of the trendy English rock.
Featuring also Marianne Faithfull, the movie has never been released officially. Hopefully, you'll forgive the poor quality of this french TV rip by the bonuses I included to it, english subtitles (made by myself, sorry for any mistakes) and the OST with previously unreleased tracks.
