There was a lot of confusion around this title in the scene a while back. DOMiNO released what they claimed was a retail dvdrip of Noise, but it turned out to be an R5 source. After that HLS “propered” the DOMiNO release claiming their was really a retail DVDRip, but that ALSO turned out to be an R5 source (Region 5 dvdrip). This all happened back in February, but it seems DOCUMENT have finally gotten a hold of the retail release. Tim Robbins stars in this title, which should mean a lot to all movie lovers. Enjoy.

Quality: As it seems this really is a retail rip, the quality is very good both video and audio wise. DOCUMENT also mention in their NFO that this is not the same “Noise” as the VoMiT release back in 2007, therefore not a dupe. Check out samples for more details.

Synopsis: From the creators of “The Believer”, winner of the 2001 Sundance Grand Jury Prize, comes a black comedy about a man caught in the most impossible of conundrums: in love with his hometown, New York City, but driven mad by its noise. Transforming himself into “The Rectifier”, David takes on everyone from the schmuck who ignores his own car alarm to the city’s most powerful citizen, the Mayor. As his daring grows, New Yorkers rally behind him inspiring David to win this fight by the most ingenious of schemes.
