Kate Warner (Mary Stockley) is een vrouw van bijna dertig, die voor zichzelf begint nadat ze haar vriendje Mike (Felix Scott) heeft verlaten. Plotseling worden de vrienden van Kate één voor één vermoord; door hun dubbelgangers. Nog beangstigender is het feit dat de slachtoffers een metaalachtig artefact in hun borst kregen geplant. Wetend dat ook zij tot de slachtoffers kan gaan behoren, verzoenen Kate en Mike zich en belanden in een spannend avontuur om te overleven.
