Owl City est un groupe américain d électronique musique créé en 2007 à Owatonna, Minnesota , Il est composé par le chanteur-compositeur-interprète et multi-instrumentiste Adam Young . Young a créé le projet tout en expérimentant avec la musique dans le sous-sol de ses parents. Owl City a développé une suite sur le site de réseautage social Myspace , comme beaucoup de musiciens qui ont obtenu le succès à la fin des années 2000, avant de signer avec Universal Republic en 2008.
