This is IMO the superior version of the broadcast, with the editing undertaken by the creative team behind the ceremony (i.e. the Russian host broadcaster). And yes the 5th ring does open in this version. Anyway, compare this and the OBS (international - i.e. any non-Russian upload) versions and see what you think.
