Beschrijving
Prinses Elisabeth is al jarenlang verloofd met prins Leopold, maar ze hebben elkaar nog nooit ontmoet. Wanneer Elisabeth voor haar bruiloft naar het koninkrijk van Leopold afreist, is haar moeder te ziek om mee te gaan. In plaats daarvan gaat haar dienstmeid Magdalena mee, die de reis aangrijpt om haar gemene plan in werking te zetten. Ze dwingt Elisabeth om van haar met plaats te ruilen, zodat Magdalena met de prins kan trouwen. Ze zorgt ervoor dat Elisabeth een baantje krijgt als ganzenhoedster. Koning Gustaf, de vader van prins Leopold, is erg blij met zijn nieuwe schoondochter Magdalena. Maar Leopold heeft het gevoel dat er iets niet klopt. Zal hij tijdig achter de ware aard van Magdalena komen?

In a tiny kingdom, a goose herd girl seizes her chance for revenge on royal heiress Elisabeth whose haughty entourage once humiliated the maiden by ordering her to fetch water for a drunk the princess didnt even want. Indeed she is part of the train with magic horse Florian when the princess is sent to her betrothed, king Gustavs studly son Leopold. Thus the maiden sheds the third of the queens blood drops shed to protect the princess and forces her, by near-drowning, to accept an identity-swap.
