The Da Vinci Disappearance DLC

Taking place after the events of the main campaign, Leonardo Da Vinci
has been kidnapped by the Hermeticists, an underground cult
dedicated to transforming mankind. Now, its up to Ezio to embark on
a relentless quest to recover stolen paintings in order to find his friend
before it is too late, discovering two new locations and gameplay
features along the way, including the legendary Helmschmied Drachen
Armor. This DLC becomes accessible after Memory Sequence 3.

Exclusive Single Player Map: The Trajan Market

This mission sends Ezio into a marketplace in the center of Rome,
where he will fight against guards of the evil Borgia family and
discover a treasure hidden in the ruins of an old tower. This map is
found via the Templar door on the north side of the Mercanti di
Traiano.

Exclusive Single Player Map: The Aqueducts

In this mission, Ezio discovers that the Templars are searching for a
secret treasure, and Ezio must stop them in a race against time. This
map is enabled in the start of Memory Sequence 8.

Four Additional Skins

Found in Ezios inventory, dress in Florentine Noble Attire, Altairs
outift, Altairs Armor, and Desmond Miles outfit.
