the original 2000 version did not include the DVD.

I know the file size is a bit large for a PDF but is makes for easy reading.

The 4CD set is available for download all over the internet but I do not

see the booklet often...The booklet explains takes,dates and other

various bits of information....not to mention some cool pics.
