Complete Seasons 1-4. Every episode is a DVDRip with English audio.

Season 1/2: XviD / 25 fps / 640x480 (4:3) / 1100kbps / MP3-VBR 125kbps 2.0
Season 3: x264 / 25 fps / 720x480 (4:3) / 1060kbps / AC3 192kbps 2.0
Season 4: x264 / 23.976 fps / 720x480 (16:9) / 1725kbps / AC3 448kbps 5.1

Seasons 1 and 2 are rips from the R5 Russian DVD volumes. I believe the group who ripped them with the Russian audio is called NovaFiLM.
Since the DVDs only contain mono Russian audio, I added the stereo English audio tracks from recent (Nov/Dec 2009) airings on the Canadian digital channel Teletoon Retro.
The audio was synchronized precisely with the Russian DVD track to ensure no room for human error, except in two cases where the DVD episodes were actually out of sync - then sync was matched to my Retro captures.
Episode 2 actually has a slightly extended shot on the Russian version (11:52 if you care), so audio from that portion was edited into the English track as seamlessly as possible.
Similarly, small audio edits were done for many episodes to conform to the Russian version, for example at fades to commercial where the DVD would sometimes take longer to fade to silence.
An Avisynth script is included to correct the several episodes in Season 2 that have boosted brightness on the DVDs. Google \"Avisynth\" to download and install the required software to play back the .AVS file.

Seasons 3 and 4 are rips from the R1 American DVDs.
For Season 3 I used an Avisynth filter that I wrote myself to \"manually\" undo the interlacing and properly bring the framerate back to the original 25 fps.
For Season 4 it was simpler since I have the second, pitch-corrected version that runs at 23.976 fps after a simple manual inverse telecine pattern.

Extras included are for the most part files I\'ve found on the web and in many cases are simplyrips (using the highest quality options). I tracked down the best quality/most-original files that I could.
I\'ve given appropriate credit where possible, though many of the creditedaren\'t the original encoders of the files they posted. The original sources seem to have disappeared from the public Internet.
