Here is another addition to the many fan cuts of Superman 2. After watching nearly all of them, including clips onI realized that the only way I would be satisfied with this movie would be to make my own. After showing it to about 10 people I can say for sure that my version will please.
Without going into too much detail I will say what my cut basically has and doesn\'t have. It has a completely new opening (post opening credits), new scenes, changes in dialogue for a different context that changes the overall tone of the scenes, a fast \"action\' pace to it, and a completely new ending. What it DOESN\'T have is: camp, new powers, changes in characterization, or cop-outs for tying up loose ends.
Many fan editors have been gracious enough to let me use their footage or ideas for this to be made. I extend my thanks to them.
