It seems that group 2HD continues to \"pollute the waves\" (well known for audio level -20 dB below the standard) tried to decomb (deinterlace and decimate) progressive NTSC footage and get jerky playback of 720p. Until now no one speak about, and maybe some respected group would re-capture Castle 213 and release a PROPER. When and \"if\" such thing happens I will release a PROPER too..\"
Well, they released REPACK not PROPER because, I guess, they haven\'t been able to re-capture the stream. However, REPACK is better, not perfect, but is... better.
I guess that HDTV transport stream was non-standard mixture of progressive and telecine, something just few people can convert to non-jerky 23.976 properly. Others (72op of Talk shows or SNL) leave material at 29.97 progressive.
