I Swingle Singers sono un gruppo musicale nato in Francia nel 1962 e attualmente formato da otto cantanti inglesi. Il gruppo è specializzato nell\'interpretazione a cappella di brani di vari generi musicali, in particolar modo arrangamenti ed elaborazioni di pezzi tratti dal repertorio classico.
Nei primi trentacinque anni di attività hanno organizzato tremila concerti (in Francia, Gran Bretagna, Stati Uniti, Olanda, Germania, Italia, Argentina, Giappone, Singapore, Taiwan, Portogallo) e prodotto circa quaranta album. Il loro brano più noto al pubblico italiano è la loro interpretazione dell\'Aria sulla quarta corda di Johann Sebastian Bach, scelta per la sigla del programma televisivo Superquark.
Il gruppo ha cambiato spesso il proprio organico, pur comprendendo sempre due contralti, due soprani, due bassi e due tenori.
