When we decided to upload all our \"out of print\" movie offerings into our rapid- share account to offer free downloads from at our movie reviews website (we are prepared to take on the industry on this one) we found it frustrating to attempt to do since we torrent on the particular station at the same time.
Thats because it siphons off all the upload capacity from our torrents unless we limit speed. So we had to waith till now - we have the 5.0.6 version of the File and image upload program which allows you to set maximum speed for uploads while allowing your torrents sufficient bandwidth to have normal seeding.
Rapid- share sown file manager program is only Vista compatible from what I understand at this point, so this free (donation supported) program is a god-sent for many others too Im certain. Manages downloads too.
