The first two singles from The Fame, "Just Dance", and "Poker Face", were both international smash hits. "Just Dance" topped the charts in over ten countries, including the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The next single, "Poker Face", was an even greater success, reaching number one in over twenty countries.
