The unit comes with 2 CDs full of small videos.

I had difficulty using the original videos and converted them to avi which work well for me.

QUALITY: a9/v9
The original sound has some hiss in the background. The original videos are low resolution. The production was not beautifully done but is very functional. The original did not specify the order of the videos.

CONTENT:
I learned alot about what I could do with a serger and about how to use this serger from watching these videos. I found these very useful and parts of them inspiring.
