Alina Ibragimova is a young and incredibly gifted violinist. She has just released a new recording of Bach Sonatas & Partitas for solo violin that is receiving excellent reviews from every leading music magazine. I remembered BBC Music (v.16, n1) presented a disk of Bach violin concertos with Alina. It includes the famous Chaconne, that she plays beautifully (and skillfully too). So, here it is. You may want to check the new disk, by Hyperion (CDA67691/2).
