Svärdsmästaren Tagart leder en operationsstyrka bestående av före detta
militärer på ett våldsamt uppdrag. Deras måltavlor: vampyrer. Kvar i
en postapokalyptisk värld, som sugits ut av blodtörstiga vampyrer,
finns ett fåtal överlevande människor instängda på ett nedsmittat sjukhus.
Tagart är deras enda hopp och han vet att den enda lösningen är att
göra slut på vampyrerna. Nu måste människornas sista medborgargarde
stå upp mot de köttätande blodsugarna om inte deras släkte ska utrotas för alltid.

When most of the population of Earth is infected by a virus and transformed in flesh eaters and blood drinking creatures, a group of hunters leaded by Tao and his word chases the vampire zombies to eliminate them. Six non-infected survivors try to find the exit of an abandoned hospital crowded of the infected creatures, and Tao and his group help them. Meanwhile the military command is ready to bomb and wipe out the area from the map.
