I Quattro Distruttori al servizio di Dio continuano a fare stragi di esseri umani per screditare i demoni, aiutati in questo dagli SX, i demoni artificiali creati dall’amorale dottor Utsugi, il padre di Ryo. E mentre Sosuke è sempre più disilluso dai metodi cruenti della sedicente Confraternita della Luce, e decide infine di aprire gli occhi anche a Ryo, quest’ultimo cerca di trattenersi dal diventare Dante, così da ricucire anche i rapporti con la sorella Saori. Questo suscita però la gelosia di Medusa, demonessa un tempo molto legata a Dante e ora nascosta nella sua identità della star televisiva Saeko Kodai. Il fatale triangolo fra i tre giungerà a un punto cruciale nel momento in cui Saori verrà rapita dai Quattro Distruttori, e Medusa a racconterà a Ryo-Dante la vera storia di Sodoma e Gomorra.
