Welcome! audio-lava received a FACTOR demo grant in 2007 and worked with Vancouver producer Todd Simko on a 3 song demo c.d. They are presently working on their latest full length recording to be released in spring 2008.

Audiolava's unique sound has been described as moody, groovy jazz-influenced trip-hop. The Vancouver-based group of Brent Cross and Lisa Butel. build their lush sound out of programmed drum loops, keyboard samples, spaghetti western guitar and the powerful yet delicate emotive vocals of Lisa B.
