This powerful software provides you with functions and features ranging from a simple cut-editor tool to multiple powerful video filtering and effects.

Uninstall previous version of TMPGEnc, delete all files in folder:

C:\\Documents and Settings\\username\\Application Data\\Pegasys Inc\\TMPGEnc4XP\\


Install, run application then exit as soon as the registration window pops-up.
Use Keygen/Patch. Change to version 4.5.1.254 to register then patch. Done!
