This text file can be imported into Azureus and perhaps other bittorrent programs in order to filter their connections from your system. If you intend on filtering more than one country, Azureus at this time requires that you cut and paste the data for each country into one larger text file before importing as the file import process replaces all the previous filter data with whatever is in the latest import file.
