Selecting Program Options
To ensure that SolidConverter GX works to your specifications, click the Options button before using the program. Check the settings and make any changes necessary.
The options you can choose from are:
Language - The default is English, but you can choose another language. The language of the user interface will change to your new selection when you click OK (or the equivalent word in another language).
Target Path - This tells the application where to save the new files. You can choose to browse to a folder before saving, save to the same source folder as the original image(s), or save to the most recent folder.
Always show conversion progress - If you want the conversion dialog screen to display during the progress, select Yes.
Target Format - This changes the default in the wizard to the selected file format. (Note: you can always select a different format in the Wizard.)
Launch Files - This will cause the file viewer/editor to open and display new file(s) after conversion. You can choose no files, single files, or multiple files.
Image Editing Applications - You can select an image editing application to open for each different file format.
Use Wizard - If desired, you can turn the wizard on for assistance with converting images or off if you do not want to display the wizard.
