iMac Mac OS X Install Discs [h33t][sjcornell]

This is a copy of the original iMac Mac OS X 10.4.7 install disc set that came with Intel iMac computers in 2006. According to Apple, these
restore discs will only work on Intel based iMac computers.

Mac OS X 10.4.7 was released June 27, 2006. It has the build number 8J135 for PowerPC and 8J2135 for Intel.

Specifically, fixes were in place for (besides general operating system fixes):

preventing AFP deadlocks and dropped connections
saving Adobe and Quark documents to AFP mounted volumes
Bluetooth file transfers, pairing and connecting to a Bluetooth mouse, and syncing to mobile phones
audio playback in QuickTime, iTunes, Final Cut Pro, and Soundtrack applications
ensuring icons are spaced correctly when viewed on desktop
determining the space required to burn folders
iChat audio and video connectivity, creating chat rooms when using AIM
importing files into Keynote 3
PDF workflows when using iCal and iPhoto
reliable use of Automator actions within workflows
importing and removing fonts in Font Book
syncing addresses, bookmarks, calendar events and files to .Mac
compatibility with third party applications and devices
previous standalone security updates

Disc 1 is 4.33GB
Disc 2 is 7.51GB

To install:

1. Use Toast or some other ISO extractor to extract the folder that contains all of the files and folders.
2. On a Mac computer, use Disk utility to extract the compressed iso.dmg files.
3. Burn the iso files using Disk Utility on a Mac OS based computer (you will need 1 DVD+-R and 1 dual layer DVD+-R).
4. Place disc 1 in your iMac computer and restart your computer to initiate install.
5. Follow all onscreen instructions to complete installation.

OR

After completing steps 1, 2, and 3 above...To startup from Mac OS X hold down the C key as the computer starts up. To use Apple Hardware Test,
hold down the D key as the computer starts up.

This is completely virus free. It is made from the original software reinstallation discs and it has been scanned with Norton Internet Security
for Viruses, Spyware, and other risks and it has been reported to be clean. So, if your program of choice finds anything, it came from your
system not mine.

There are no passwords or cracks necessary to use these files.

It took me 2 computers and several hours to package these large files and upload them for your benefit. Please repay the favor by seeding at
least at a 1 to 1 ratio or better (I usually try to seed to a 2 to 1 ratio whenever possible). More people seeding means faster downloads for
everyone.

I will seed as much as I possibly can. I don't have set hours for seeding but I am using my laptop so it may not always be on but I will leave
it on as much as possible. If you need this seeded again, leave a comment and I will re-seed. However, if I see that people are downloading
and not seeding, I may delete the torrent (sorry to be so firm about this but I had over 5,000 downloads of my last torrent and only 2 seeders
including me).
