1) install ut3 german
2) RUN IT once, and put in your game key
3) now that the game has created a /My Games/ in your /My Documents/
browse to
/My Documents/My Games/Unreal Tournament 3/UT Game/Config/
and edit UTEngine.ini

look under [Engine.Engine]

change it to
Language=INT

save file and exit it

4) extract contents of INT.rar to /INT/: /Unreal Tournament 3/UTGame/Localization/INT

(folder not existing until you put it there or make it.)

5) run game, should work fine
