Hopeless slacker Jeremy (Robert Webb) has no money and getting a job is out of the question because \"there just aren\'t that many media positions out there\". So it looks as if the El Dude Brothers\' friendship could be at an end, as Mark (David Mitchell) wants Jeremy out of the fl at if he can\'t pay rent. It\'s one of those episodes that piles teeth-stripping humiliation upon humiliation - Jeremy tries to make some money at a sperm donor clinic, but the austere Sir Edward Elgar, of all people, cramps his style (don\'t ask, it\'s filthy, but, of course, funny in a way that is just so wrong). And Mark\'s attempts to convince Sophie that his life has moved on after their brief, disastrous marriage crumble into a cringeing heap of steaming embarrassment when he invites his new \"girlfriend\", an appalling, ebullient Australian, to his birthday party.
