Gordon Ramsay's first Cookalong in January attracted nearly five million viewers. As Channel 4 knows
when it's on to a good thing, the shouty chef returns with a series of seven. In each live show Ramsay
will invite viewers at home to follow his lead and rustle up a three-course meal for four in an hour.

Tonight's opening menu is a starter of warm goats' cheese salad with an apple and walnut vinaigrette;
a main course of salmon en croûte with herbed new potatoes and garlic sautéed broccoli; and for
dessert there's caramelised rhubarb and ginger crumble with clotted cream (ingredients and utensils

Each week, Ramsay will be joined by the inevitable celebrity guest as he works his magic in front of a
studio audience for the benefit of seven lucky diners.
