Summary

In the later stages of the French Revolution, Robespierre is boss and Bonaparte is ambitious. Now is not a good time for the First Doctor and his companions to start interfering...

The six episodes of this story were first broadcast from 08 Aug to 12 Sep 1964. Only the audio of episodes 4 and 5 survives. For this 2006 CD release, linking narration was provided by Carole Ann Ford, who played Susan, the Doctor's grand-daughter.
