Animal Park is a behind-the-scenes documentary-show, filmed at Longleat - historic stately home, 9000 acre estate & safari park, and the family seat of the charismatic Lord Bath.
Animal Park is presented by Kate Humble & Ben Fogle.

With thanks to DaveyWolf I found some info on the BBC site regarding individual episodes, the rest I complemented from the intro's of the episodes themselves:
Episode 1: Amy the lioness finally gives birth. Three rhino captured in Africa. Portret Lord Bath.
Episode 2: Baby Marmite rejected by its mother. Monkeys and waterbuffalo. Three rhino arrived.
Episode 3: The wolves are fighting over who will be the top dog in the pack. New cincilla's. Parrot show, Rob the new trainer.
Episode 4: Ben's phobia's. Though love for young Marmite. Move mountains for sea lion baby's.
Episode 5: New rhino's first time in big paddock. Mystery virus in tiger house. More phobia's.
Episode 6: How to give a gorilla medicine. Feeding the meerkat's.
Episode 7: Kimberley the hand-reared orphaned wallaby is returned to the mob. Tapir family moving. Feeding the pellican's.
Episode 8: Darting a lion cub. Tapir's need special protection in winter. Construction begins for new home for the wallibi's.
Episode 9: All wallibi's moving to new home. The Egyptian fruit bats are flying in.
Episode 10: Special shoot to see the otters. The letter that spelled death to a queen.
Episode 11: Kaddu the tiger is fighting for her life after an emergency operation. Matchmaking for the ostriches.
Episode 12: The playful primates are given a mirror to see what they make of themselves. Builders in wolve wood. Man of the river.
Episode 13: Becky the giraffe gives birth to a six foot calf. Foster mom's for lamb's. Problem with one of the young rhino's.
Episode 14: Will the camel reject her baby? Snow time fun in the safari park. Lord Bath's memoirs.
Episode 15: Pregnant rhino? Many pregnant sea lions. The birth of wolf cubs is tinged with tragedy.
Episode 16: Newest resident deer park. Close up view pellican's. Most valuable painting stolen.
Episode 17: After three weeks in their den, there's the first glimpse of the wolf cubs. Baby boom with sea lions. Senior citizens in safari park.
Episode 18: Trevor the Ostrich struts his stuff to impress his mate. Interesting facts about the bats. Sea lion mom's fall out.
Episode 19: New lion keep, will he stay the course. Rhino skin problems. New born wolve cubs on the road.
Episode 20: The tigers need their inoculations and they won't take them lying down. A keeper swapping jobs with the head cleaner.
Episode 21: Activity center for the lions. Hightech treatment for tortoises. Ostrich protecting eggs.
Episode 22: Sheep dog camera. Points of view for a rhino.
Episode 23: Lord Bath goes ‘back to the floor’ as a rhino keeper for the day.Spy on the monkeys.
Episode 24: Only one wolve cub left. New water feature. Jolly the giraffe is in labour, but will the birth go smoothly?
Episode 25: The gorillas get a slap-up feast and the giraffes get a high-rise treat. Naught rhino's. Fire drill.
